Our first eco-sustainable house built with natural materials, such as bamboo and local soil.
First, we want to tell you that a house built of bamboo can be more resistant due to the flexibility of the material, which allows the structure to better adapt to changes in climate and soil. Additionally, bamboo is a natural and renewable material, making it a sustainable choice for construction.
It may also be healthier due to its ability to regulate humidity and temperature, which can help reduce mites and mold growth. Keeping its inhabitants in a harmonious atmosphere with the energy of nature.
Casa Olas designed by Jaime Peña, a Colombian architect with extensive experience in bioconstruction with bamboo, devised this house thinking of all the details since it required covering the basic needs of a house with all the comforts without neglecting the innovative, resistant, durable design and harmonious, that will provide benefits beyond the aesthetic.
In the Casa Olas model, you can enjoy 1 to 5 bedrooms, 1.5 to 5.5 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, dining room, pool, terrace, green areas, a tower with a viewpoint, and a water treatment plant, resulting in a project comprehensive.
We are currently building the first Casa Olas in Green Dream Tulum, our eco-sustainable subdivision. This is in the first phase of foundation on a 10,763 sq, ft lot, keeping 75% of the property in its original state, surrounding the house with beautiful trees where the visit of birds is not long in coming.
Projects like this give us back the hope of conserving the natural beauty of Tulum that attracts so many people to visit us, ensuring your real estate investment and family heritage.
